Do I have to sign a long term contract?
With Vend you pay monthly and can cancel at any time. There is no commitment and no long-term contracts.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At this time we can only accept online payments.
Can I change plans later?
Sure! You can change at any time to whatever plan suits your needs best.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged a cent. After that you will be billed for your ongoing usage. Billing is done monthly, in advance, on the day of the month that you signed up.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
All new accounts get a 30-day free trial. If you upgrade an existing account, you are not eligible for a free trial.
