The Vend-Worldpay integration lets you accept any way your customers wish to pay with ease, speed and peace of mind by connecting EFTPOS terminals directly to your Vend POS. Credit, signature, contactless payments, Apple Pay — it’s all there!
Great question! The Vend and Worldpay integration currently supports four terminals and these are:
Verifone MX 915/925 (Ethernet)
Ingenico iPP320/350 (Ethernet)
Ingenico iSC 250/480 (Ethernet)
Ingenico iSMP4 (WiFi)

On-screen signature capture is supported by both the Verifone MX 915/925 and Ingenico ISC 250/480 terminals. Once the payment amount has been sent to the terminal when processing a sale, your customer will be asked to sign on the terminal with the attached stylus pen.
Once the signature is captured, it will be displayed on your Vend screen. This will allow you to accept/decline the payment based on matching the signature on screen to the signature from the back of your customer's credit card.

Definitely! Refunds are processed as blind returns with your Worldpay terminal, meaning that refunds are sent to the card that is present at the time of the return. This allows you greater flexibility to return the payment to whichever card is present at the time.

Sure can! You may be required to manually enter your customer's credit card details into your Worldpay triPOS terminal in order to process the payment, like an over the phone payment. The process on how to manually process payments is slightly different depending on the Worldpay triPOS device you are using, however all four terminals support this.
