One hundred percent – that’s what we’re always aiming for here at Vend. We’re always giving 100% when we support our retailers and partners, release features, fix bugs, and think of new ways to help retailers do awesome business. This weekend we’ve finally hit the 100% mark for what’s probably our most important metric – customer satisfaction.
According to our support platform Zendesk, on average over the past two months we’ve had positive ratings from all our tickets. We’re really stoked about this because the average for the software industry is sitting around 85%, while the global average is 82%. Customer satisfaction is the lifeblood of our company, and we’re really proud of the great work our Support team have been doing bringing delight to our customers!
Now hitting 100% doesn’t mean we stop trying, it just means we know we’re doing something right and will keep doing our best so that retailers continue to receive amazing support. So, now onto the next challenge – hitting 110% customer satisfaction!
