Vend is a product that grows through the feedback, support and rigorous use from its community of users. Every question, feature-request or support ticket we receive plays a part in defining the development roadmap.
So the Vend customer care team wanted to share with our customers some of the help resources available to them online, to ensure they get the most out of Vend, and help us build the world’s best point-of-sale.
All support is centered around our online helpdesk, forums and knowledgebase, which you can visit at help.vendhq.com, or by clicking the big (wait for it…) Help button in Vend.
We can’t overstate the value of this resource, and want to encourage all our customers (and potential customers) to spend a little time browsing the public discussions, asking questions, reading answers, suggesting features and checking out the knowledgebase articles.
For example, here is a comprehensive guide on getting started with Vend, or a recently published article on how to configure a Star TSP100 printer to control a cash drawer.
And if you register a user account under your email address, you can view the status of all your public and private conversations with the customer care team or other Vend users. In addition to online discussions, you’ll even see a history of any emails you’ve ever sent to us!
For those customers who need a little more ‘hands on’ care, we are busy establishing a global network of Vend certified partners, who will be available in your area to offer telephone or onsite help with setup and ongoing product support. We work closely every day with our partners, keeping them up to date on product news and the latest support tips.
So whether you choose to setup and manage Vend independently, or through one of our certified partners, the customer care team are always just a click of the ‘Help’ button away.
