Sharad brings more than 10 years of experience in leading global customer-success teams. Before joining Vend, Sharad spent the best bit of three years at HootSuite as Director of Customer Success delivering customer loyalty and service to its nine million users. In his new role, he’s responsible for helping customers know all the cool things they can achieve with Vend, so they can ultimately expand their operations across new channels, and open new storefronts.
