Vend Breakfast Workshop Series: The Future of Loyalty & Gift Cards

Breakfast workshop

With big-box retailers like TopShop, Zara and Tiffany & Co continuing to grow their presence in New Zealand, forward-thinking retailers have to find news ways to create unique and memorable customer experiences. It’s all about personalisation and keeping those customers coming back.

What are some of the best ways to do this? Through loyalty programs, gift cards, and the clever use of customer data.

Join other leading New Zealand retailers as our panel of experts discuss the future of loyalty programs and gift cards, and learn about the innovations that will help you stay ahead of your competition.

You’ll hear from Simon Rowles, VP Asia Pacific at Aimia, a global loyalty management company that designs, builds and operates loyalty programs for retailers including Westpac, Virgin, Coles and Ikea. And, we’ll be joined by Nathalie Moonlenschot, Business Manager for Loyalty at The Warehouse Group, who will share her passion for customer data, and expertise running one of New Zealand’s most successful loyalty programs.

What you’ll gain from this workshop:
  • Best practice in segmenting customers to grow sales.
  • How to generate customer insights (when you have none).
