Just last month we opened a new office in Berlin, and hired a bunch of clever and talented Support Agents with the goal of helping our amazing retailers. The Support team in Berlin joins our existing teams in Toronto and Auckland, and gives us truly global support coverage.
Not only can you now get in touch with us around the clock by email, phone (for our Vend+ customers), or on Facebook and Twitter – but by having more people on the ground, we’ll be able to help you even faster! Reducing the wait time and getting you back to your business quicker than ever.
