Vend now sends all of your “On Account” sales and payments to QBO automatically, saving you from having to enter your account sales manually and reducing human error. This makes syncing outstanding balances much simpler, and you don’t have to make manual adjustments whenever customers make payments.
Just process the transaction in Vend, and you’ll be good to go.
Keep purchase order bills in sync
Purchasing stock just got a whole lot easier too. You can now sync your purchase order bills directly into QBO with a click of a button, so there’s no need to enter bills manually every time you make an order.
Automatically keep your liabilities in check
Say goodbye to manual calculations. You can now sync all store credit and gift card payments into QBO as liabilities, helping you automate your accounting and saving you hours of time.
The integration is now available to Vend retailers all over the world (*except Brazil, France, and India), so that as many of you as possible can enjoy the benefits of reduced manual entry and daily accounting, giving you more time to focus on what’s really important right now.
