Bigger and better support

We’ve been growing our Support Team like crazy in the past month. The biggest news is we’re about to light up our new Berlin office very shortly, which will give us 24/7 coverage (!), meaning even better support coverage for our customers all over the world.

We’ve also implemented a new system to help us support you on the platforms you use every day – social networks. You can reach out to us for help when ever you need it on Twitter (@vendhelp) and Facebook, and expect super quick responses.


  • Fixed an issue where truncated SKUs caused errors during CSV imports.
  • Fixed an issue where posting items with symbols to Xero would create errors.
