Promotions Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions apply (in addition to Vend’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) to Vend’s 15% Off For 12 Months + £500 Off Onboarding Promotion (the “Promotion”) conducted by Vend Limited, a New Zealand company with offices at 22 Commercial Street, E1 6LP, London, UK (“Vend”).
• The Promotion shall run from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is available to eligible customers only. To be eligible to take up the Promotion you must, within the Promotion Period:

1. activate a new paid Vend Plan, billed monthly;
2. be located in the United Kingdom;
3. hold an active BIRA membership at the time you activate your new paid Vend Plan; and
4. accept these Promotion terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.

• The £500 discount may only be applied to onboarding and training services packages valued at or over £500. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion or offer. Vend’s decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Vend reserves the right to extend, change, suspend or terminate or withdraw the Promotion at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Vend, its affiliates, employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Promotion.
