These brand guidelines set out the rules for the use of the Vend logo mark, Vend word mark and related brand materials (“Vend Brand Assets”) by our partners, resellers and members of our experts and advisors network.
By using the Vend Brand Assets you agree to accept and abide by these guidelines. You further acknowledge that we own the Vend Brand Assets and have the authority to control your use of them as we see fit.
We’re pretty reasonable, but we do have a few rules in relation to your use of the Vend Brand Assets.
The standard green logo is the preferred format. To be used on light, solid colored backgrounds.
To be used in newspaper print, greyscale designs, or where the green colour clashes.
To be used as a watermark on white or light, solid coloured backgrounds.
To be used on dark or multicolor backgrounds (i.e. photos or contrasting dark colours).
Logo must have minimum clear space on all four sides. This space should equal the height of the ‘v’ in the logo.
Logo minimum size for print is 15 mm x 8.5 mm.
Logo minimum size for web is 60px x 34px.
Keep the logo to the aspect ratio in the file.
Keep the logo horizontal, in a landscape orientation.
You may only use logos as they are supplied.
Do not cut the text out of the logo to show the background colour. The “Vend” text shouldn’t be edited from the colour supplied.
Choose a logo that will contrast with the background.
Just don’t. *shudder*
